We saw too many facilities wrestle with agencies that didn't understand anesthesia, didn't vet providers rigorously, and didn't treat clinicians with respect. So we're doing it differently — clinician-led leadership, credentialing standards we will not compromise, and transparent partnership with both facilities and providers.
We are a new company in a well-established industry. That means we have no legacy habits to defend and no inflated promises to live down — just a clear standard we hold ourselves to with every placement, from the very first one.
